Job Overview

We are looking for a conestoga-style flatbed driver who is reliable, adaptable, teachable, self motivated, courteous, and displays efficient time and trip management skills. 

We have three job structures to choose from:

Local:

• Average pay around $60-65,000+ annually
• Home Nightly

Local/Over the Road Hybrid:

You'll work roughly 5 days a week—typically 3 days over the road (overnight trips) and 2 days on local routes that have you home by evening.

• Average pay around $65-75,000+ annually
• $2,500 sign on/retention bonus paid quarterly over first 12 months of employment
• Home at least 4 nights a week

Over the Road:

• Average pay around $75-90,000+ annually
• $5,000 sign on/retention bonus paid quarterly over first 12 months of employment
• Home Weekends

Requirements

Candidates need to be at least 23 years old and have 2 years of CDL experience.

We are accepting applications for full- and part-time mechanics and shop techs. Pay is based on previous experience and qualifications. Full-time benefits include vacation, holiday pay, medical insurance, and 401k. 

Although we are not currently searching for another office employee, we are open to fielding applications and looking into new opportunities as they come. Previous experience in the transportation industry would be preferred. Full-time benefits include vacation, holiday pay, medical insurance, and 401k.
